Geothermal Pools

The same thermal energy that warms the Lesser Sands also heats a series of three pools contained in two chambers under the Winglet Caverns. The pools are right next to the Lesser Sands, and often winglets will swim in the pools and dry in the nesting sands. The water that fills the pools contains minerals that coat the people who swim in the pools with a salty film. The water is not potable, but the temperature is always pleasantly warm.
